STAND-UP COMEDY featuring Tanner Riley (Charleston, SC), Laura Connell (Greenville, SC), Ben Collins (Louisville, KY), Chris Martin (Atlanta, GA), Chris Freeland (Greenville, SC), and Shaunak Godkhindi (Atlanta, GA).

Tanner Riley can be seen doing stand-up comedy all over the southeast, and has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with comics such as Sean Patton. Originally from Ohio, Tanner is an avid sports fan and takes full advantage of the invention of air conditioning.

Laura Connell, based in Greenville, SC, is is your overshare-y comic BFF. Laura is a storyteller whose candid, brazen comedy style is galvanized by her experiences as a single woman. She can be seen at mics and shows in the Upstate and beyond. Her ultimate dream is to one day voice an animated Disney villain.

Ben Collins is a Louisville based Stand Up and Sketch comic who started seven years ago when he was fifteen. He’s performed at the Comedy Store in Manchester, UK and the New South Comedy Festival in 2018.

Chris Martin is an Atlanta-based comic who is delighted to be performing at Greenville's New South festival for the third time.

Chris Freeland is a stand up and improv comedian, actor, director, and accidental winner of the Best Videographer of the Upstate 2018 award. He is a Greenville native who’s been performing stand up for over 5 years, mixing observational comedy with embarrassing and sometimes uncomfortable personal experiences.

Shaunak Godkhindi is an Atlanta comedian who performs all around the Southeast. He has been a resident at the Laughing Skull, and works there often and has also featured at Punchline Atlanta, Zanies Nashville and the Georgia Theater. He has also been a performer in Laughing Skull Fest, Red Clay Comedy Festival, and Atlanta’s Resurgens Festival. Shaunak has opened up for Aidy Bryant, Rory Scovel, Nore Davis, and many more. His comedic style is fun, spontaneous, positive and silly! He has been described as, “Kind of like a goofy hamster man” by a serious older gentleman after a show. He once made a lady laugh so hard she peed a little and she emailed him after the show saying that her night was ruined. If you’re around Shaunak, you’re probably smiling!
