On the brink of adulthood, Justina started improv as a way to escape from the humdrum “real world” concerns such as “responsibilities” and “being an adult”. She has found that most people (even Justina) take themselves too seriously, but playing pretend on stage in front of people is one of the best ways to avoid doing that. Justina started doing improv with Greenville’s Laughing Stock in 2008 and performs with them on a monthly basis. She also was a company member with Theater 99 in Charleston, SC before moving back to Greenville. She is a part of Alchemy’s Thursday night Harold Team and is a writer and performer on Alchemy’s Sketch team and coaches Alchemy’s Smalltown team. When she’s not being a professional goofball, she can be found at her “grown up” job as a paralegal at the offices of Eppes & Plumblee, P.A. where she pretends to be a “normal” human being for 40 hours a week.
Justina’s Names: Sketch Night & Harold.
