Local Legends is the Alchemy Comedy Theater's flagship weekly improv show. Every Friday night at 9:00pm, a different local legend (person of note) tells their own local legends (personal stories) to inspire this fully improvised show.
Our guest storyteller this evening will be 3-time Moth StorySLAM champion Tracy Rowland! With theaters still closed for quarantine, this show will come straight from our living room to yours. You can watch online at our Facebook page.

Tracy is a 3-time Moth StorySLAM champion who discovered her love of storytelling in the crib, but waited over 40 years to monetize it. She's a producer and host of Story Collider, and also part of the team behind The Liar Show, a long-running NYC institution. Tracy works days as a writer and video editor, where her promos and shorts have appeared on NBC, Cartoon Network, and Al Jazeera America. She won a local Emmy in 2010, but her mom still thinks it was the regular kind.
