Kelly Byers is a proud resident of Travelers Rest, SC, where she lives with one person, two dogs, two goats, and a cat. By day she works in fundraising at The Peace Center for the Performing Arts, and by night she enjoys freelance writing and interpretive dance. Kelly is an advocate of clothing items with bananas on them, because why not? While not dreaming of expanding her family to include an alpaca and a water buffalo, she manages the hilarious Twitter account @talksleepy. Kelly is currently a member of city council of Travelers Rest, and hopes to bring her brand of magic to the role. Did we mention she’s looking for a friendly water buffalo?
