8:00PM –  Improv 201 Student Showcase and Harold Night ($5)

Our 8 o’clock show starts off with the Student Showcase for Alchemy’s most recent Improv 201 Class: Intro to Scene Patterns. Then comes Harold Night, featuring a format originally created by one of the founders of modern improv in Chicago. The Harold dates back to the 1960s and has maintained status as one of the oldest and most popular improv formats. Harold Night is a chance for Alchemy to connect to the global improv community, and your chance for some deep laughs.

9:30PM – Local Legends with stories from Brian Boughner ($8Boughner-P16-300x240

Friday’s second show features the all-star cast of Local Legends doing improv based on the stories (and songs) of Brian Boughner. Brian is a local CFA and CMT who co-founded his company Parallel Financial Partners. He is also very active in the Greenville arts community, chairing the Board of Directors for the Greenville Little Theater as well as acting and performing in many of the upstate’s theaters. This Friday he returns to the Alchemy Comedy Theater stage to again be our Local Legend.
